How to run 100-miles

Jayson and Brendan met working at the Bar together. They were bartenders. Jason  was hurt from running 100 miles with Brendan. Brendan did wrestling and won from not giving up and he ran the 100-mile race with Jayson.

I think the purpose was to show how  to run would be easy and difficult. Because you have to practice and warm up and plan a way to keep going if  any struggles and splinters.

And they took lessons and got up very early in the morning. Of course  water for hydration.  

Jayson was saying listen to Brendan’s story it  made him feel a lot of compassion.

And then  Jayson said that he was a fighter at school. He got in trouble and kicked out of school from doing fights. And then became a fighter. He  got into wrestling from failing basketball and won his first game from not giving up on running. Imagine two boys met at a job finish school and college  and become runners and won to get to be a part to laugh, eat, keep running, and be successful. Wishing they were brothers always planned to go running at the hills. 

Encouraging each other, You're also getting healthier. And have a workout buddy. 

It build a running race with Jayson and Brendan which made  me honestly desired to have a life like that would make me incredibly happy. Fully like  friends at school with their parents proud of them. And it made me want my Brother and brother in law to do like they did. Because that's how it affects me . Because that is the kind of sister I am for my brother and brother in law. That will make them happy. Jayson was properly that person who encourages  himself to keep going with Brendan. That was his purpose to dream with his goals of achievement and Brendan as partners.

Jason : Because  his life has a fighter and being a friend to Brendan.

 And  college and a job made me  realize that he was built a community to Brendan to show a life with him to create a family. As brothers to show their  run 100 miles as they were running together. And that Jayson chose a life that he wants by following his heart. That desired him to complete his running with Brendan.

It made me feel relieved  like Jayson with my brother and brother in law of bonding  

to run around the mountain and park. It would make an improvement  to accomplish a job for myself between Jayson meeting Brendan at a bar. Jayson was proven right about keeping going at a 100 miles race and not giving up by encouraging himself at wrestling and the race. In New Zealand I improve my running by doing athletics at a race and at my old school. That’s why I have a connection to jayson by doing the exact thing at the race around the park. With my brother and brother in law and my father and nephews as well. Everything in New Zealand . I keep changing  a lot cause my heart keeps breaking into pieces every single of my  memories that remind me. Me and Jayson and I are both different but we do have friends and family and play sports like racing.

Tomorrow when the war began

In english class we red tomorrow when the war began . It's a story about 8 teenagers going camping and found out the Australian war come and kill most people and animals also taken their parents until Homer and Fi and Ellie and Corrie and Chris and Kevin and Lee and Robyn.

At the start of the movie homer yannos was always getting in trouble in school and after school and during at home. Homer was a Trouble maker, Brave, and a bully. He join the group on camping.  Homer was playing rugby with everyone at the beach he saw fi taken off her outfit but she keep on her bikini. Homer kill the snake and jump off the cliff and swing he was always putting his hand on fi's arm. At the end homer was making decisions for plans and was  in the getaway motor bike and seem sad about the city. Homer was a great character production, took risks that he accomplished .
In the movie there was about 8 teenagers going camping when the Australian war come and didn't seem taking matters into their own hands and kill most people and taken people out their house and the town. Fi had a plan to blow the bridge but Corrie was shot and went to the hospital with kevin, everyone else went back to hell and got weapons to make sure the war is over.
